Tarragon Tartar Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
4 anchovy fillets
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar
4 tablespoons tarragon leaves
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons small gherkin pickles
2 tablespoons capers
1/4 cup parsley leaves
3 tablespoons chopped chives
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste 

Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until creamy and well processed.
Refrigerate until ready to use.

Yield:  1 1/2 cups​
