Strawberries Romanov

6 ounces vanilla ice cream, softened 
1/2 cup sour cream 
1 cup sweetened whipped cream 
Grand Marnier 
Cointreau 
Brandy 
2 cups rinsed, hulled strawberries

Mint leaves, for garnish 
Shaved chocolate curls, for garnish 
Mix ice cream sour cream and whipped cream together and slowly add alcohol to taste, adjusting flavoring to your liking.
Divide berries between two glasses and spoon sweet cream mixture over. Garnish with mint and chocolate.
