Fajita Marinade


​​2/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup dark Mexican beer
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

In small bowl combine onion, beer, oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.  Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use.

Yield:  1 1/2 cups
